These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Equimentum OS (the "Platform"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms.
Equimentum OS is a business-management platform for real estate professionals. You must be a real estate agent, broker, or team operating in that capacity to use the Platform.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for maintaining the security of your sign-in, and for how you use the Platform with your own clients and contacts. You're responsible for your own compliance with real estate, data privacy, and communications law (including SMS/TCPA consent) in how you use the Platform.
Where the Platform connects to third-party services (Google, Twilio, and similar), you supply and control your own credentials for those services. You're responsible for your own account and billing relationship with those third parties.
We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features over time.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equimentum OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including business decisions made using data stored in it.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
